Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

 ► Planning and organising accommodation, catering and other hotel services.

 ► Promoting and marketing the business.

 ► Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.

 ► Maintaining statistical and financial records.

 ► Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.

 ► Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies

Qualifications

 ► Bachelors Degree from a reputable institution

 ► More than 5 years relevant working experience.

 ► Meticulous, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 ► Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Accounting Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

 ► Making related financial forms and reports based on correct accounting principles and procedures.

 ► Carrying-out the accounting processes of invoice treatment in accordance with sound accounting practices.

 ► Processing bank and inter company transactions

 ► Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

 ► Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Qualification

 ► Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Accounting Plus 3 years working Experience in relevant field.

 ► Professional accounting qualification (e.g.ICAN/ACCA/CA/ACA) specialized in auditing and financial analysis is an added advantage.
