- Territory coverage and consistent sales targets delivery and achievements.
- Acquisition of new agents in the assigned territory.
- Train and monitor agents and sub agents on Green Terminal Operations.
- Introducing Green Lotto Products to Agents In the assigned territory.
- Prompt resolution of Agent enquiries, complaints, and issues on the field.
- Promptly report to the appropriate department/units on sales related issues on the field.
- Gathering and reporting trade intelligence and competitors activities for management decisions.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutions.
