Donald Trump Finally agreed transition of power to certified Biden win
Donald Trump agreed to an 'orderly transition' of power on Thursday as Congress finally sealed his fate by certifying Joe Biden's election win -
a process delayed by hours after the President's supporters stormed the Capitol, leaving four dead.Anarchy broke out at the symbolic home of western democracy on Wednesday after Trump urged supporters at a 'Stop the Steal' rally outside the White House to march on the building, sparking hours of chaos that saw one woman - 14-year Air Force veteran Ashli Babbit - shot dead inside the building as a mob ran riot, looted, clashed with security and broke into offices, forcing Congress to be suspended as politicians donned gas masks and ran for cover under armed guard.
Three other people died from 'individual medical emergencies' as Joe Biden urged Trump to go on national TV to end the 'siege' which he said 'borders on sedition'. Trump did eventually speak out but ended up being banned from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat for 24 hours after describing the mob as 'great patriots'. The National Guard eventually restored order and Congress returned to seal Biden's election victory, while reports emerged that Trump's own cabinet are now considering using the 25th amendment to declare him 'unfit for office' before his term ends at noon on January 20th.
