22 die In Two Separate Boko Haram Attacks In Borno

►NO fewer than 15 passengers including motorists were killed when some gunmen suspected to be members of dreaded Boko Haram terrorists laid ambush along Maiduguri -Mafa- Dikwa Road yesterday at about 2:30pm.

►Also  two suicide bombers suspected to be member of dreaded Boko Haram sect in a golf saloon Volkswagen car laden with Improvised Explosive Device, IEDs rammed into a security checkpoints

Boko Haram: Police Raid Illegal immigrants In Six States

The police have embarked on massive arrests of illegal immigrants in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Kwara, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa states, among others, as part of measures to prevent the Boko Haram terrorist group from spreading its attacks to the states.

Saturday Chat212 learnt from a police source that the Force embarked on the arrests of large number of aliens in Lagos State as a way of flushing out those perceived to be security threats.

Soldiers Go On Rampage, Burn, Vandalise BRT Buses Over Colleague's Death In Lagos

►Soldiers on Friday unleashed violence on Palmgrove and Onipanu areas of the Ikorodu Road in Lagos State as they destroyed BRT buses and brutalised residents following the killing of a lance corporal identified as Matthew Ishaya, who was knocked down by one of the buses.

►The lance corporal was said to be riding a power bike when he collided with the BRT bus that killed him.

Liverpool ban-boy Suarez set to seal £80million Barca move in next 48hrs

Barcelona expect to finalise a deal for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez over the next 48 hours.

Talks are ongoing and the Spanish club is concentrating on a straight cash deal for the 27-year-old who Liverpool value at £80million.

Suarez would be allowed to have a medical ahead of a transfer under the terms of his four-month ban for biting, FIFA's disciplinary chief has confirmed.
