Full Transcript Of What Buhari Said During Interview With Amanpour On CNN

Muhammadu Buhari was on Christiane Amanpour’s show last night to discuss the ongoing political situation, his record as a dictator and how he’ll address the key problems if he becomes president.
 President Goodluck Jonathan had a media chat in Abuja last night too. He and Buhari separately carved out time to talk to the media while the election heat cooled a bit. The interviews were really timely.

Polls: Party Drags INEC, NSA, CDS, Jonathan To Court

In a different reaction to the announced rescheduling of the earlier slated February 14 and 28 general elections, one of the numerous political parties in Nigeria has dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission, President Goodluck Jonathan and others to a Federal High Court.
Nigerian Pilot reported that others joined in the suit filed by the Hope Democratic Party (HDP) on Wednesday include the National Security Adviser, NSA, Sambo Dasuki and the Chief of Defence Staff, CDS, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh

Others include are the Attorney-General of the Federation, AGF and the Minister of Justice, Mohammed Bello Adoke, SAN.

Boko Haram takes on Chadian forces in NE Nigeria town

The insurgents were initially pushed out of Gamboru, which lies on the Nigerian side of the border with Cameroon in the eastern fringe of Borno state, on February 3.

Chadian ground troops crossed over the bridge marking the frontier after days of sustained bombardment. The following day, rebel fighters counter-attacked in the Cameroon town of Fotokol.

"The Boko Haram elements wanted to surprise us by attacking at about 4:00 am (0300 GMT)," a military source in N'Djamena told AFP of the latest attack.
