Our client providing careers in Africa are currently looking to fill the role of National Project Manager for one of their operations.
The National Project Manager will be responsible for Project Planning, Project Coordination’s, Project Documentations and Control and Team Management.

3 years as multi Project Manager

Job Description:
Experienced in Bottling and Bulk Engineering Process
Prepare and supervise all CAPEX projects Cost
Define and follow CAPEX project Planning
Good Technical Background and Team work.
Build write scope and agreements with main contractors.
Deploy Project Management processes and weekly & Monthly Reports.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement the Project management Process.
Coordinate and Monitor all Projects and assure are delivered to Schedules
Create clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, specs, and managing the constraints.
Keep and Update project Cost versus Budget.
Ensure Project goes on time
Maintain The Project Register
Supervise and Ensure Quality Work site Safety and Security.
Ensure Customer/User Satisfactions and contractors quality and schedule.
Develop and Train Engineering Team.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES & INDICATORS:
Project Planning-Ensure  detailed Planning and executions of Projects to cost, Time, Quality and schedules.
Project Coordination- Ensure Proper coordination’s to Minimize Losses
Project Documentations and Control- Ensure Proper Engineering stds are deployed and balance between cost and Price.
TEAM Development- Improve team Capability
