Action Against Hunger, required the service of competent, dynamic, resourceful and self motivated individual to fill the below position:

VACANCY - STATE TECHNICAL ADVISOR.
Job Type: 1 year

Job Details:
The State TA as the first level of supervisory support for the Working to Improve Nutrition in Northern Nigeria (WINNN) program team, a joint project being implemented by Save the Children, ACF and UNICEF, since 2011.
This position carries the WINNN team responsibility for providing technical support to the State in all areas of nutrition program implementation (CMAM, IYCF, MNCHWs and Capacity building) including coordination and monitoring.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science with a major in Nutrition or Bachelor of Nutrition.
Background with 3+ years of managing health/nutrition related programs.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, financial/resource and personnel management.
Ability to set priorities, create and monitor work plans, evaluate program progress.
Ability to work effectively with high-level government partners and other stakeholders.
Able to build capacity in others and share expertise.
Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Sphere standard, SPSS, SMART.
Fluency in Hausa and English.
