Vacancy - Filing Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities:
Purge all OUTDATED records.
Manage all DATABASES and records and create new entries as needed Fax and SCAN documents, changing to PDF format.
Must understand the Filing system ACADEMIC JUNGLE.
Creating and maintaining an ACCESSIBLE Filing system.
Gather materials from each unit, SORT and arrange them properly.
CODE files for proper placement.
