Ensure to keep your TEAM very active and result-oriented to achieve sales Targets given by the Management.
Identify, establish and develop strong business relationships with new customers
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by regular, timely and accurate communications with customers.
Retention of existing customers by resolving customer’s concerns timely and effectively, ensure customers satisfaction and also to maintain constant touch with customers for future business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Industry / Master of Business Administration in
Marketing & Sales with Excellent Sales Track Record and ability to achieve Target
Minimum 15 to 20 years experience in Frontline Sales including minimum 8 years in any automobile distributorship and presently holding Senior Managerial cadre in Sales.
Extensive direct experience in Sales and pre-sales in Automobile Industry.
Self-confident & Self-driven individual with Can-do Attitude, achievement oriented & sets challenging goals.
Service Minded and love to meet people focusing business growth.
Proactive with an ability to think Outside the Box
Excellent communication (both written and spoken), presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work as Team Member
