Vacancy - Kiosk Supervisor (North-Abuja)

The Job

The kiosk coordinator has the following key responsibilities;

Develop a relationship with kiosk agents and operators
Provides relevant information to kiosk operators on:


  • I.      Promotion
  • II.     Pricing update
  • III.    New products

Design a call plan and a call memo for kiosk location visitation and inspection.
Assist the kiosk managers to arrange for kiosk operator training within the district.
The main responsibility of the kiosk coordinator will be to monitor sales activities and performance of mobile kiosks within the district.



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Accountabilities
Accountable for achieving the designated kiosk sales budget for the district.
Monitor sales performance of mobile kiosks and other sales project under the channel within the assigned district.
Interact with customers in the kiosk channel to ensure organic growth of sales per sales point for all Fan Milk products.
Keeping of proper records such as deployment record, payment records and other records as instructed by the kiosk manager.
Collation and compilation of sales data on a daily basis for the district.
Make such reports available to the kiosk manager on a weekly basis.
Update the kiosk manager with a daily or weekly report on locations visited with or without the manager and also keep track of kiosk sales performance for each of the customers.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
(IPE Factor: Knowledge)



The ideal candidate:

Must have a University Degree/HND in any social sciences with at least 2years’ experience.
Must be an outgoing and convincing personality with a sense of urgency and who can communicate at all levels.
He/She must be confident, smart, articulate and ready to network.
Must have sound knowledge of the area (District).
Must be able to speak Hausa fluently would be an advantage.
Proficiency in reporting and administrative skills.
Proficiency in people’s management and ready to develop business relationship at every opportunity.
Should pay attention to details.
Must be ready to travel and be on the field.
