Real Estate, Facilities & Project management cluster responsibility
80% Relationship management with in- and external stakeholders
20% Ensure Citi’s real property investment and image are protected through professional, effective and prudent management of the Real estate portfolio, building operations and the expense base, and by maintaining a secure, safe, functional and productive working environment.
To deliver services in order to meet business requirements and adhere to Citi’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
In depth knowledge of different Business entities, their line of Business & requirements, contraction and expansion plans is key in order to partner up with business units and develop real estate strategies which are aligned with these requirements and-at the same time- protect Citi's overall shareholders interests. Relationship management forms an important part of the role, delivering against goals and business expectations ensuring interaction with business partners is frequent and at appropriate level.
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise of building systems.
Broad knowledge and understanding of real estate disciplines (architecture, construction, space planning, and engineering, etc.)
Sound business knowledge of Citi businesses and outside agencies.
Comprehensive knowledge of and understanding of Finance principles in order to manage the P&L of the assets.
Knowledgeable of real estate law and related documents coupled with the ability to apply them to complex business situations.
Requires development of innovative solutions and conflict resolution to real estate issues within managed portfolio.
Requires in-depth understanding of the businesses within the managed portfolio.
Responsible for managing multiple properties associated with substantial business risk.
Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles.
Excellent knowledge of Citi policies, Citi Fire and Safety, insurance and local regulations.
Strong project management and control.
