JNC International is recruiting to fill the position of:
Vacancy - Procurement Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt and storage of incoming orders both inventory and assets
- Processing requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders
- Maintain the inventory in the proper location and update Sage and all data base accordingly
- Monitoring stock levels
- Responsible for inventory cycle count (stock take) every quarter
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at the Warehouse
- Handle any other administrative functions required
- Process shipping documentation
- Process International trade documentation - LC/BC etc
- Maintain schedules of vendor payable
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Purchasing, Accounts, Business Management or any numeric related discipline
- Minimum of second class lower division (2:2)
- 3 years work experience in Warehousing function
- Experience in International trade department of a company or bank may be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
- Basic HSE Awareness
