This is coming barely 24 hours after a policeman killed his wife, five others and self in Abeokuta.
The 25-year-old house help simply identified as David allegedly scaled the fence of the late Timeyin’s house, deactivated the security system inside the building, and laid siege within the premises before hacking the retired magistrate to death.
David was reportedly employed two months ago and sent packing two weeks ago for allegedly stealing his boss’ valuables including phones and jewellery which led to his arrest and subsequent release on the boss’ order.
The witness said Timeyin packed her Blue Toyota Camry car– marked Lagos KIA 141 BU– outside the house, apparently planning to go out again.

The Chief Judge of Ogun, Justice Olatokunbo Olopade, and the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftain Affairs, Mr Muyiwa Oladipo, were part of important dignitaries who had visited the home of the deceased as at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
Though the state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, could not be reached for comments, policemen from Kemta Division of Abeokuta were at the scene as the body was being moved to the morgue at about 8:00 p.m.
