Job description
- Updating of request (LAR) and reports to keep track of events.
- Oil field cement testing as per API spec.
- Calibration of lab equipment.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Updating inventory of lab spares, additives and samples Communication with internal and external lab customers as required.
- General lab duties, house keeping etc.
- Maintain equipment and workplace.
- Prepare and analyse samples.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Work in teams.
- Carry out experiments according to clearly defined safety and environment guidelines.
Job Requirements
- HND – Upper Credit,Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Result oriented.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good Organizational and information management skills.
- Good basic mathematics skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office environment.
- Strong desire to learn and develop.
- Must be able to read and interpret lab results.
