Gov Ajimobi appoints 5 high court judges

FIVE new judges have been appointed by Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State into the state High Court.
This was contained in a statement signed by the state Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr.
Adebayo Ojo.

According to him, the names of the newly_appointed judges are Mrs. Bolaji Abosede Sikeade, a Deputy Chief Registrar in the state High Court and Mr. Ganiyu Lateef Adebayo, Director, Litigation and Advisory Services II in the state Ministry of Justice.

The statement said that the appointment was sequel to the recommendations of the National Judicial Council, NJC.
According to the statement, the newly_appointed judges would be sworn in by Governor Ajimobi on Friday, June 20, 2014.
