Vacancy - Senior Customer Service Representative

The JOB

 ► Interact with customers, dealers, or outside agents to resolve and respond to complex account issues.

 ► Monitor agents to ensure quality service while coaching and developing agents.

 ► Support department objectives by maintaining service levels.

 ► Coach, develop and train representatives on policies and procedures, performance and departmental performance standards.

Job Qualifications

 ► Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

 ► General knowledge of captive automobile finance sufficient to handle complex problems related to the work area.

 ► Good oral and written communication skills.

 ► Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

 ► Good problem solving skills.

 ► Knowledge of lease, loan, and universal agent/collections software systems, word processing and spreadsheet applications, and telephone systems.
