Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Rivers

Roles/ Responsibilities

Compose correspondence/reports for management use/approval.

Process replies to incoming correspondences.

Maintain calendar of appointments for MD and Office Manager.

Arrange for meeting, prepare Agenda and act as secretary for meetings.

Make arrangements for all travel needs of staff.

Complete expense reports after trip for MD and office manager.

Maintain calendar for all company appointments.

Liaising with officials of the community and Local Government Council.

Coordinate and maintain records for staff and space, phones and office keys.

Maintain company filing system and ensure proper filing and documentation.

Submit and follow up all invoices issued by the company.

Handling staff performance appraisal, leave and confirmation.

Providing general administrative and clerical support to other departments.

Qualifications

A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration or any other related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
