Job Description
►We are looking for Team Leads for our Human Capital Advisory Services unit.
►This unit handles Organizational Design and Development and, Compensation & Benefits for our select clients.
►Such candidate must have the ability to plan, direct, coordinate HR management activities of the organization.
►Candidate must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
►Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or any related field.
►Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
►Demonstrates exceptional Client Management skills.
►Goal Oriented, Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
►Ability to deliver high performance results with minimal supervision.
►CIPM Certification is an added advantage.
