| Bomb Blast Rocks Maiduguri |
Reports just reaching us revealed that, a bomb blast has occurred at a mosque in Maduguri, Borno State.

Premium Times reports that the bomb blast killed an unconfirmed number of people. The blast was set to have occurred just as worshipers were about beginning their afternoon prayers at about 3.30pm on Saturday, May 30.
This is the second incident in less than 24 hours after Boko Haram in mid-morning of the same day, attacked Maiduguri, firing numerous rocket propelled grenades that brought down several residential buildings.
These recent attacks by Boko Haram appear to be in defiance to President Muhammadu Buhari’s vow to put an end to the 6 year insurgency that has claimed the lives of thousands of Nigerians.
