The Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi has been sacked by Nigeria Football Federation, NFA.
The contract was terminated because, it was discovered that the Super Eagles coach was applying for a coaching job with another national team. So the NFA fired him.
Contrary to his claim, over the allegation against him of applying for a coaching job with the Ivory Coast national team, evidences had proved that the allegation was true. It was also we found out that, Keshi lacks the required commitment to achieve the objectives of the federation, as stated in the employment contract, NFA stated
Meanwhile, in a meantime, the affairs of the Nigeria Super Eagles will be piloted by the assistant Coach, Salisu Yusuf and NFA Technical Directorate, pending the time the Federation will choose a new coach.
