President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria has arrived in Ghana today, September 7, for one-day working visit.
Ghanaian President John Mahama in his traditional smock greeted him on arrival at the presidential lounge of the Kotoka International Airport.
Nigerian leader, dressed in his signature wear, Agbada, arrived at about 10am and was honoured by a guard.

A crowd of Nigerians gathered at the airport under two large banners. Many waved brooms, the party emblem of the ruling All Progressives Congress.
There was also drumming and dancing as a sizeable mass welcomed their president.

Buhari won a closely contested presidential poll in March, which recorded a democratic first as an opposition party won power from the ruling party through voting.
