UNIBEN employed 4,000 in my tenure—Oshodin

THE outgoing Vice Chancellor of the University of Benin, UNIBEN, Professor Osayuki Oshodin, has said no fewer than 4,000 persons were employed by his administration in the past five years.

Oshodin, who spoke at a briefing on the activities marking the 39th and 40th convocation and 44th Founder’s Day ceremony of the university, said he decided to provide employment opportunities for the people due to his desire to help fight the unemployment problem ravaging the country.
