APC Plans To Inaugurate Board Of Trustees In July

The leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) are considering to inaugurate the Board of Trustees to solve the crisis in the National Assembly.

Punch reports that calls for the inauguration is rising in power after news about the brick wall which the governor of Sokoto state Aminu Tambuwal-led committee ran into in resolving the crisis.

While Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the APC spokesman, said he didn’t know any date fixed for the inauguration, some sources named the June 20.

President Buhari Appoints Young Man As Personal Assistant

It seems to be one more northern appointment as President Muhammadu Buhari, was spotted with a young man who is reportedly his new personal assistant.

Kabir Daura shared this information on his Facebook page saying; Sabi’u Yusuf has been appointed President Buhari’s personal assistant.

Ramadan: Okorocha Breaks Fast With Muslims

Van Persie to sign £240,000-a-week Fenerbahce deal after quitting Manchester United

Robin van Persie is set to fly to Istanbul this weekend to complete his move from Manchester United to Fenerbache.

The two clubs opened talks yesterday with the Turks hopeful of negotiating a £4.7million fee after agreeing personal terms of a £240,000-a-week with Van Persie for a three-year contract - with the option of a 12-month extension.
