Job Title: Logistics and Facilities Coordinator

    Reports to:

    General Services Manager (direct report)

    Management (as generally required)

Roles reporting to this position:

    Lagos facilities coordinators (accommodation and offices)

    AFGOM Nigeria Immigration Coordinator

    Location:  Lagos, AFGOM Nigeria

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Logistics & Facilities Coordinator shall form part of the General Services Department and is responsible for the services provided in Lagos by the Facilities team and also for the immigration services provided to the AFGOM Nigeria expatriate community.  This position will focus largely on the support provided to expatriates ‘in-country’ Nigeria as well as immigration services for our expatriates including offshore crews.

    All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

High degree of computer literacy and good general knowledge of Information Management Systems tools

Possess good leadership qualities.

Able to be a team player and possess good intercommunication skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Good planning & presentation skills

Pro-active and positive to changes and challenges

Pro-active and open in communication with all interfacing parties

Capability to respond to constantly changing conditions and requirements particular to working in Africa

Demonstrable capability in the skills and competencies needed to fulfil the requirements of this job description
