Role and Responsibility
Planning & Scheduling of project activities within and outside Lagos.
Planning, coordinating and controlling manpower and material transmission line project execution.
Preparing project Completion reports.
Uphold high level of professional and safty standard in line with project management.
Business Development and product Design.
Qualification & Experience
B.Sc/HND in Estate Management, Architecture, Quantity Survey, Engineering or any of the related fileds.
35-45 years of ag.
minimum of 12 years working experience in Real Estate Firm with at leats 3 years experience in senior Management position.
Excellent communication skill (both written and oral), selling skill and good organizational skill
Must be result oriented and be innovative.
Must be analytical.
Professional qualification will be an added advantage e.g. NIESV, ACCA etc
