Arsenal are working towards a deal for Manchester United forward Danny Welbeck on a £3million loan deal with a view to a permanent £18m switch, according to the player's representative Jonathan Hope. The Gunners have missed out on Monaco's Radamel Falcao, who is set to seal a season-long loan move to Manchester United on Monday evening.
