President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice president Yemi Osinbajo’s decision to declare their assets has sparked reactions from the camp of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
According to the leadership of the party, it would however reply President Buhari and Vice President Osinbajo on their declaration of assets at the right time.
Speaking with Vanguard, the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, said that the party would allow Buhari settle down first for governance, then come up with very strong opposition.
Metuh said, “We will allow President Muhammadu Buhari to settle down and address the promises made to Nigerians, we will talk on asset declaration later.”
Buhari and his Vice had in line with constitutional provisions, declared their assets.
Nigerians, however, were not fully satisfied with the move, as Buhari had promise to make this information public.
