Buhari opens up on his meeting with President Obama
The President of Nigeria, President Muhammodu Buhari has reaveled the purpose of of his visit to the President of the United State, Barak Obama.
The President said his meeting with the Us President will further strengthen bilateral ties between Nigeria and the USA.
President Buhari, while receiving the United States Deputy Secretary of State, Mr. Anthony J. Blinken, said Nigeria looks forward for support from the United States for the multinational Joint Task Force being mobilized against Boko Haram.
The US deputy Secretary however assured the President of full support to fight against Boko Haram. He said the United States government will be ready to discuss all matters put forward by the Nigerian government during the President’s visit to Washington DC.
