The national woman leader of the All Progressives Congress, Mrs Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu has just been elected as the President of the Council of African Political Parties (CAAP).
In a statement made available to Naij.com from Sudan, the APC chieftain emerged after a keenly contested election. Her inauguration will commence today by 5pm in Khartoum, the headquarters of Council of African Political Parties.
The official inauguration of the offices of the Secretariat of the Council of African Political Parties took place on the evening of the 10 March 2014 in the presence of many high level dignitaries from Sudan and African Ambassadors accredited to Sudan.
The CAPP is the composition of African Political Parties to plan indicators renaissance of African amongst other diverse political issues.
Mrs Aliyu in a recent interview was optimistic that president Buhari will truly reform Nigeria and put it back on the path of greatness.
