Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
Lead by example to ensure Daily Guest Service is prioritised and implement exceptional guest service standard to meet guests expectations (Be positive & Motivate the team):
Ensure Guests Film information are always available (film guides, box office tickets and promo materials)
Check daily and ensure all tills are operatives and resolve any issues immediately
Daily Ensure the cinema is always clean and organised accordingly
Follow daily cashing up procedures and security policy to protect assets and revenue. Any cash difference must be resolved immediately
Be firm and take immediate action for any Cash or Security Breach to all staff
Ensure staff are presentable and have correct uniform
Ensure cinema staff are trained on guest service standards
Communicate 15min morning and evening meeting goals to office staff
Daily review of all disciplinary matters, discuss with OM to resolve them
Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Delta
Job Descriptions
Must perform task like repairing of various equipments and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring work
Also maintenance of electronics like refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners etc must be done regularly.
Solving guest complains in time.
To keep a check that safety equipments like fire alarm, fire extinguisher etc are in place and are in working condition.
Refurbishing of chairs, tables, doors, windows and counters in order to keep it maintained for a long time.
Ground maintenance like cleaning and maintenance of parking lot, garden or landscaping, swimming pool etc.
Must be on call 24/7 for emergency to know if guest have any grievances.
Training the junior staff.

Minimum of Degree in related discipline
1-3 years experience in similar role
Job Title: Cinema Team Supervisor

Responsibilities
Assist in supervising opening and closing of food service operation
Assist in the supervision, scheduling of staff and gives input with evaluating, and disciplining of all Food
Maintains effective communication with managers, fellow supervisors, subordinates and all other co workers
Assists in the supervision of organization and sanitation of hall, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock
Ensures proper portioning of foods, attractive plate presentation and service of required diets for meals, nourishment and snacks

Responsibilities
Undertake a daily assessment of weighing requirements for stock and urgent orders
Ensure high quality standards are maintained and all product documentation is accurately presented with the goods.
Accurately update computerized stock systems with weighing and stock data.
Ensure a thorough and accurate record of weighing documentation is maintained.
Make necessary arrangements for products requiring special preparation or packaging.
Ensure orders are assembled, packaged and dispatched correctly and Maintain an up-to-date knowledge current stock pricing and availability
Ensure all consumables etc. required to prepare products and fulfil orders are on hand and in the appropriate quantities.
Receive products into stock, updating in-house computerized systems.
Keep all stocks appropriately distributed to all units required & to ensure availability to customers.
Ensure products are stored correctly (e.g. temperature, moisture).
Recording serial numbers where applicable.
Organising stock on shelves and buckets.
Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects.
Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock.
Testing returns and repair equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. in any related discipline.
Knowledge of hardware, software and telephony infrastructure
Knowledge of network systems software packages
Knowledge of infrastructure upgrades projects
Knowledge with editing of media / video materials, such as raw footage / trailers
At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills

Job Title: Cinema Team Member/ Sales Attendant

Job Summary
As an GDC Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for all of our guests.
You will need to be a friendly, energetic people person, someone who can work in a team and meet and greet everyone who visits, making them feel like stars.
You could be serving our guests at the box office, keeping the cinema tidy on and off screen or selling our retail offers to make sure that our guests will never be hungry whilst watching their chosen film.
