President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Nigeria from his three-day Gas Exporting Countries’ Forum (GECF), Naij.com can confirm.
The Nigerian president arrived yesterday evening after holding series of consultation with the Nigerian community in the country as well as the host president, Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday, November 24, 2015.
The president’s aide shared the picture of the president’s arrival on his Facebook wall to the admiration of Nigerians who congratulated the president on the success of the forum in the Asian country.
Meanwhile, indications emerged yesterday that the senate may yet summon the president (as the minister of petroleum resources) to explain the reason for the incessant fuel scarcity in the country which has had its toll on Nigerians.
It is not clear yet, whether the minister of state for petroleum resources, Ibe Kachikwu, would be summoned instead, or the motion which was raised by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), will be further rejected by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
