Fire razes NLC building in Rivers

The state secretariat of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Rivers state, located at Igboku street, D/Line in the Garden City has been razed by fire.

The fire which engulfed the building at 4:00am destroyed the building and documents belonging to the union.

Some people around in the area have allegedly attributed the inferno to have ignited from an electrical spark.

But, the management is yet to speak on this development.
