Buhari approves special funds to bailout states unpaid salaries
Finally, average Nigerians can now put some food on the table, the rate at which innocent souls die because there was no money to pay the hospital bills will now reduce, and also to be fair to the government, workers that have been on strike for months can now go back to work,
because the Federal Government had approved certain funds to clear the unpaid salaries by the states government.
The President of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari approved the release of money to assist the state government to clear off the debts of unpaid workers’ salaries.
More so, the Federal Government had also stopped the deductions from monthly allocations to states across the country.
It would be recalled that, the problem of unpaid workers’ salaries in so many states in the country had lingered for so long. So President Buhari led administration has decided to deal with the issue without any further delay. In order to address the problem once and for all, the President has approved a comprehensive relief package to all the states to bail them of the debts.
According to a reliable source, the Federal Government has instructed that bailout should take effect this week, so as not to cause any further damage to the economy of the nation.
